Question Upgrading Help

Current Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
EVGA 1060 6gb SC
16gb DDR4 3200mhz (Corsair)
650w Powersupply

I want to upgrade my GPU seeing as how the other items have been upgraded in the past year. The problem is is that I am struggling to figure out what GPU will be work for my set up. So I figured I would reach out to the community for some help. I will have a buget $400 max. Any help is appreciated.

What is the make and model of this 650w PSU?

An RX6700xt is a good choice for this pricepoint assuming the PSU is up to the task.

A good unit, will be fine with 6700xt.

Your 2 main choices at this price new are an RTX3060 or RX6700xt, both are pretty good cards.
However, between the two the 6700xt is a significantly better performer and would be my pick.

I do actually have one question. I searched my local computer store and the required power, they are saying, is 700w.

The card itself is about 230w. AMD says 650w is minimum, which is often a safe overestimate.
