[SOLVED] Upgrading Motherboard for new cpu

So I recently bought an intel i7 9700f to upgrade from my i5. My current motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-Z270XP-SLI-CF and I unfortunately found out the hard way that these two components are not compatible. If I want to upgrade to my CPU and have the options to upgrade my GPU later down the road as well, what would the recommended motherboard be?

in case this info is also needed, my current PC specs are:
CPU: Intel Core i5-6400
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060-6GB
SSD: Crucial MX500 250GB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (2012)
RAM: G.Skill Value DDR4 2133 C15 2x8gb and another 8gb stick from a different brand
MBD: Gigabyte GA-Z270XP-SLI
Power Supply: 600w (idk the actual make/model)

I would like to keep it under $200 but I understand that these can be expensive so money is not that much of an issue
