Upgrading Motherboard

Hi,
I am wanted to upgrade my computers motherboard to support ddr3 ram,
I was wondering what is the best am3+ motherboard with sli capabilities for around 100-200 dollars?
I was thinking of the ASUS Sabertooth 990FX AM3+ AMD 990FX motherboard, is it a good one?
