Upgrading my PC

I'm planning to upgrade my PC. I currently have:
- Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 Ti GHz Edition
- 8gb of RAM
- 850W PSU
- MSI MS-7788
- Inter Core i5-3350P CPU @ 3.1 GHz 4 core
- 500GB HDD

I'm probably gonna buy new RAM, motherboard, 2TB HDD, 4TB HDD and a new monitor. Maybe even a new CPU. My budged is about 700 - 900€.

I don't think it's necessary to upgrade with this setup. What are you using this for?
