-Intel core i7-4790
-24gb DDR3 Ram
- MSI 97 Mobo
-MSI GTX750 TI GPU
-120 GB SSD
-2TB HDD

Now i would like to know what would be good upgrades for each of these components, not looking to break the bank also dont want to be cheap cheap, thank you!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You need to stylize your thread with info asked of in this thread;
Please mention where you're located, what your preferred site for purchase is and your absolute budget since cheap and budget are relative terms. You didn't mention the make and model of your PSU nor it's age but it's very likely you might need to replace that. Speaking of replacements, you should also mention why you're upgrading.

To be perfectly honest, unless you are getting used parts really cheap, I wouldn't put anything into that system. Regardless, we need to know exact motherboard model, and the ram configuration, as 24gb isn't something that can be achieved with 2 ram sticks. Assuming your motherboard has an Nvme slot available, an SK Hynix P31 1tb would be a nice upgrade, storage wise. If not, the Crucial MX500 is my go to, for 2.5" SSD's, unless you happen to live near a microcenter, and they have a good deal on an Inland professional. If your PSU is good, graphics card is the next logical step, if you goal is gaming performance. What to get will depend on budget and your PSU.

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1360x768@60hz
Quite frankly, at 720p, you shouldn't even be spending money behind an used rig. If you're going to invest in a new monitor, what sort of a resolution and frequency are you aiming for?

Merged threads, please stick to one thread unless you want spaghetti brains.

What is your total budget? 700? or 700 dollars per part? I assume you are going to want to play the new GTA when it comes out and that will probably mean that is would be good to over budget for the graphics card now. Here is my recommendation not knowing what the final budget is with a white and grey theme:
