Hi,

I currently own the Acer Predator G9-593 Laptop, it only has 128GB of SSD storage atm with a Sata drive, i want to first know if my laptop supports NVME Drives or not, and if it does how can i transfer all my files including windows without needing to reinstall anything?

The issue i have is since one is a Sata drive and one is an NVME, if i get one of those external SSD to USB 3 adapters, will i be able to fit both the Sata and the NVME into that adapter?

More information:
In my device manager i have a storage controller called "Intel(R) Chipset SATA/PCIe RST Premium Controller" does this prove that i can support PCIe NVME SSDs?

Solution
Looking at disassembly here it seems to have two M.2 sockets, one of which supports PCIe/NVMe drives. The Intel Controller can manage all storage devices for you, doesn't mean much beyond that.

Oh ok, the laptop ships with a few varieties mine unfortunately comes with only 1 SSD Slot the second isn't attached, but if i want to install a new SSD which is NVME.
Which SSD Enclosure adapters should i look for if i want to install the SATA and the NVME on it?
