Upgrading my system

Hi all, I am looking to upgrade my system by either changing all or some of these three components. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. My budget is around $500. Gaming is a factor; WoW, Guild Wars, but not all important.

I have a 400 watt power supply.

MB - ASUS M3N78-VM
CPU - Athlon II x2 250, Socket AM3
Graphics Card - NVIDIA GeForce 950 GT

I know the RAM and PS aren't on your list, but upgrading to a new am3 or am3+ mobo means ddr3 RAM. As for the PS, just to make sure the system runs fine without hick ups, I would recommend a 500 watt at least. The PS I included will fit you needs quite nicely without consuming too much extra power.
