What are the best components for my current motherboard? And what could i replace this CPU with for a good result in gaming?

Please, at the end of the day i'd just like to know what pieces are upgradeable and what i can replace them with to get the best performance out of gaming.

CPU is almost strongest you can out in there so no upgrade would help. That leaves only GPU as any meaningful upgrade short of building new system.
