Hello, so my current computer is kind of out of date with some specs and it is completely not being optimized to its full potential so I play on upgrading tons of parts on it and would like some help. I am pretty informed on the whole building essentials of it, its just the part picking is not by best experience, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
Also if you believe that my CPU is enough it would be nice to keep that. But if there are better options I am down for that aswell.
This isnt urgent buy by the way, since 10th gen intel is coming out soon also I can wait a few weeks before I make these purchases

So my budget is from 700-1000 range, if the price is a little bit over I can consider it.
Also I have a pretty new graphics card that I put in it, so I would like to build around that also, since its almost the only part that I would like to keep inside of it.
Here are my specs:
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight Core Processor, 4000 mhz 4 cores 8 logical processors
CPU: After stock Corsair AIO, not to sure what the name is couldnt find it, it has a double mounted fan to the Radiator and is a AIO
Mother board: ASUSTEK COMPUTER INC. M5A97 R2.0* this piece needs to go, I cant dual channel and its just breaking down*
Memory: ADATA XPG V2 16GB DDR3
Storage: 250GB SATA drive
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
CASE: MY CASE HAS A HOLE IN THE SIDE OF IT LOL I NEED A NEW ONE PLEASE HELP
Power Supply: High power 700 W 80+ not to sure of the full name though sorry
Monitor: Its trash, If you also wouldnt help me try and find a 144hz that is resonable and not extremely expensive I would like that aswell thanks again
Also: Since Im trying to make this PC look far better than the last, if you know of any cool sleeved cable extensions that would be awesome:)

Thank you very much if you help me!

The only difference between the 2 builds is the motherboard.
In the first one, you have an upgrade path to Ryzen 4000. In the 2nd one, you don't, but if you don't believe you'll really miss anything, then...

I appreciate the reply! Also about the monitor, its just a personal preference but I like 24 inch ones since its what I've been gaming on for my whole life.
Would you suggest getting this monitor here:
https://www.amazon.com/AOPEN-24HX2Q...&keywords=144hz+monitor&qid=1589436014&sr=8-3
Its cheaper and it could save some money if i went for the Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard, I just don't really know what much about the hardware of monitors if they are any good at all. Thank you again!

Also, will my power supply be fine if i dont upgrade it? or is the corsair quite necessary

I'm not familiar with the AOPEN brand at all. I guess it's fine though?

I just don't really know what much about the hardware of monitors if they are any good at all.
Neither do I. I treat monitors like I do with power supplies; if I can't find a review of it, skip it.
There's just so many different models out there, and reviews only cover a fraction of them.

Also, will my power supply be fine if i dont upgrade it? or is the corsair quite necessary
-I'm not familiar with High Power.
-Looking at the other parts in your build, you've likely had it for a few years at least.
-The majority of High Power's psus are manufactured by Sirtec, and they don't have a good reputation in psu quality.
-You're soon to have all brand new hardware, and want to take a chance on that? That train of thought can have expensive consequences.
That mistake is done all too often by new builders who get too excited about their new hardware that they neglect what is the most important part of the system, because it's 'dull and boring'.
Next, something gets fried, or the user experiences black screens, crashes, or other power related problems. Let's avoid something like that, eh?

Here's some alternatives:
Corsair TXM and CX(black letters)
Antec Neo Eco Gold Zen
Cooler Master MWE V2 - it HAS to be a version 2 model

I understand thank you again. Also since my AIO im not sure if my mounting brackets will even be fit for it because I dont even think they make the AIO I have anymore since I cant find it online anywhere. What would you suggest for cheap reliable cooling, also should I get like a 5 pack of case fans?

That's when you contact Corsair CS to see where to go from there - they could even ship you a kit.
This here's just a list of Corsair's 120mm AIOs: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/cpu-cooler/#m=11&W=10120

What would you suggest for cheap reliable cooling
Air coolers, definitely - but if you still prefer liquid, we can go that route.
I don't know what your idea of cheap is, but here's a list of coolers under 100USD:
Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Duo
be quiet! Shadow Rock 3 / Dark Rock Slim / Dark Rock 4
Cooler Master MA410M
Noctua NH-U12S / NH-U14S
Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. B / Ninja 5
Thermalright Macho Direct / True Spirit 140 Direct

Aerocool P7-L240
Cooler Master ML240L RGB V2 / Master Liquid 240
Arctic Liquid Freezer 2 240

also should I get like a 5 pack of case fans?
If the fans are good. I wouldn't suggest buying up any multipack. Let's see:
Deepcool RF120M(5 in 1) 56.5 CFM 120 mm Fans
ARCTIC P12 PWM PST(5-pack) 56.3 CFM 120 mm Fans
If you could get ahold of one of those, that would be good.

Okay so I think I found my coolant, this
Corsair H55 57 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
I was wondering if it would work fine with the ryzen
