[SOLVED] Upgrading pc - Not turning on

I was willing to ask if anyone would know what the problem might be with this new setup. I set this up 2 days ago and i am still having problem trying to get it to turn on. I wanted to ask if anyone would know what the problem might be.

I am not sure if the motherboard is recognising the cpu and the memory. I am saying this because when booting it gives red light on the CPU wich means that it is not recognising or doesnt detect the cpu. It also goes from red light on the CPU to red light on the DRAM and back again to CPU. A video here to explain what i mean.

Soo i am really tired and mad because i dont understand what is going on. I took out the CPU 4x already to see if everything was placed correctly and it was. The ram is also placed correctly and everything else, so i dont know what the problem is by now.

Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5
Processor: Intel core i7-4790k
Ram: DDR3 16GB
GPU: GTX 1080TI
Storage: Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB

New components:
Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX - 32GB - DDR4 3000 Mhz

The Motherboard probably doesn't have an updated BIOS to run the 3000 series CPU's.

You need to update the BIOS:
Flash BIOS Button: Simply use a USB key to flash any BIOS within seconds, without installing a CPU, memory or graphics card

Yeah, i was checking a video on that and when i tried to flash the motherboard yesterday nothing happened. I was checking the video i posted and i also saw another one in wich he said that the light should keep on blinking until its done. Problem is, it doesnt turn on when the usb is in the motherboard.

If it won't update that way , only other options are a previous gen CPU to update it or a X570 board.

But its very weird that i have to keep Dicharging the bios to get it to start. Plugin it into the pc and turning it on wont even get pc to start. Thats very weird i think. You can see the video how weird it does.

Also if your OS is from the previous setup , it most likely wasn't going to boot. Intel to AMD usually doesn't.

okey i understand that but even if i unplug everything and only power the motherboard and the CPU it wont go on.
