Upgrading the Pentium Pro

I have a really old dual PPro system with both processors at 200MHz on a Socket 8 AT MOBO. I like SMP systems and run WinNT4 on the machine. I want to stay with two processors, but there are quite a few upgrade options - which provides the best price/performance combo?

1. There was a Pentium II OverDrive that fitted into Socket 8. Are they still available, and do they support SMP?

2. I've also heard of a sok8 chip called HyperRace Pro, running at 433MHz-700MHz, but can't find many opinions or much info on it. I haven't seen them anywhere.

3. I could replace the mobo with a good FC-PGA board and stick in a couple of Celerons or PIII's. It seems annoying that I might have to upgrade the board considering my fsb is already running at 66MHz - so putting in a new mobo just for Celerons seems a little silly.

Any suggestios?

I'd recommend either:

a) get a dual P3 system (not the Xeon as it's more expensive and basically the same as the P3 standard

b) wait for the dual mobo's for AMD's chips. It's slated to happen, just not sure when and it may not perform all that well in the end. It's a bit of a gamble really.

you can go check out Powerleap.. they have a motherboard compadability list. Post a message on their boards.. they have 533 Celeron bundle they sell for duel systems for
370$. I don't know if you can do better than that buying a couple of Celerons and a Dual Board (wouldn certainly be less questionable). (question is can you still find Celerons with SMP.. I guess you can).
