Upgrading Windows 10 BSOD Errors

I have tried to install Windows 10 multiple times. Each time gave a different BSOD message appeared. For instance:
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Failed SAFE_OS with an error during APPLY_IMAGE Operation
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.

Every time is blue screened, a different error message came up.
Im upgrading from Windows 7 x64 to Windows 10 x64.
I would like the dump file but I have no clue where it is,

Okay, so I did as it said and no dump file was created.

Did you try Creating a Bootable Media using Media Creation Tool and then Upgrading to Windows 10 in Offline Mode?

I tried an offline install with a virtually mounted ISO. Still the same problem :S

FIXED: I downloaded CCleaner and fixed all registry errors. I am now on Windows 10.
