this is what happens. I use my keyboard and after sometime my ups starts making nose . after nearly 20-30 times happening it gets malfunction. some of my keys gets replaced with multiple keys and sometimes it returns back to normal.
tried re installing driver, re installing windows nothing happened

Sounds like the battery in your UPS is not holding a charge. Remove UPS since it sounds more unreliable than conventional wall plug power. You should be able to replace the battery. If the UPS is more than 3 years old, it is due for a replacement battery (your mileage may vary, check the documentation from your UPS for recommended replacement interval).

If the UPS is causing that (if the symptoms go away when the PC is plugged into the wall directly) then replace the UPS.

No UPS should cause problems just because the batteries are bad. It should flash a "Replace Battery" light and keep on running.

@Recycled -- I agree that a properly functioning UPS shouldn't cause problems because the battery won't charge. And I agree that it should be removed from use. A cheap UPS is creates a false sense of security. A quality UPS with appropriate automatic shutdown software is what is required for true security

so is my ups creating problem for keyboard?

should i connect surge suppressor to ups plug ports then from there to cpu?
