Im pretty sure its upside down with motherboard and case... is that suppose to happen? is it okay? pros and cons? is it secure? thanks

I don't see anything upside down? Are you having an issue with something? It's not possible to install the GPU upside down btw.

I bought a zalman z9 for 90$. It doesn't even have usb3.0 on the front panel. i'm kinda jealous of the 30 some dollar price. Any way, that is how the cards are oriented. I presume it is oriented to keep the heat from going near the cpu. But yes air buoyancy would make the air want to rise because it is warmer than the surrounding air.

GPUs will always have the fan facing downwards in an ATX tower. Nothing is wrong.
