Tomorrow I am heading out to buy an athlon64 3000+ or 3200+ cpu with an msi k8t neo mobo based on the k8t800 chipset.

Im struggling to find what memory this mobo supports. Does it support unbuffered? Can I use my current ram and suffer a performance hit?

I will be leaving in the morning (australia) which is about 8 hours away.

Need advice.

You want PC3200/400DDR memory/unregistered
Are you sure you want that motherboard? socket 754 is on the way out, wouldn't you rather spend just a little more and get a socket 939 mobo that will support dual core cpu's?
anyway, here's the board specs:

I'd have to agree with Pauly in considering socket 939.
