Urgently Need Help With My Computer

Hello, so I just tried to wake my homebuilt pc and it seemed like it was waking (hard would spin up, lights would turn on, etc.). A few seconds later it would just power off randomly, like someone unplugged the power cord. Then it turns back on and shuts back off. It kept looping until I held the power button and turn it off. I don't know if it could be my 550w psu by xfx. Maybe not supplying enough power to my 3570k, seagate 1 tb hard drive, gigabyte z77x-ud3h motherboard, and 8 gb of ram. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also in power setting, I have it set to high performance.
