USB 3.0 external hard drive?

Can anyone recommend a good quality USB 3.0 external hard drive? I have about 200GB of data on my 2TB HDD.

I want to use it for data backup in case something goes wrong with my computer and I have to format it or replace my hard drive.

I built my own USB3 external backup because I liked the heavy duty enclosure, and it has a small 80mm cooling fan built-in. Here are the parts:
