Hello!
You can use your trackpad to move files around.
Insert a USB 3.0 flash drive and make a bootable Windows 10 v2004 drive, using Media Creation Tool or Rufus.
Install Windows 10 clean (format partition C).
Update Windows.
Your problem should be solved.
I installed Windows and even tested my laptop on Ubuntu live USB but USB 3 port won't recognize USB 2 devices.I Try To Change Windows On Laptop But It Not Work.
I installed Windows and even tested my laptop on Ubuntu live USB but USB 3 port won't recognize USB 2 devices.
I try with different USB 2.0 devices(mouse, keyboard, phone,..)but It not work.Maybe there’s something wrong with the USB 2.0 flash drive, not the port.
Can you try with multiple USB 2.0 flash drives?
