Hi Guys.

My Laptop Is Acer Aspire v3 575G and one of the two USB 3.0 ports won't recognise USB 2.0 devices (Mouse, Keyboard, Flash,...). It only recognises USB 3.0 Devices.

I Try To Change Windows On Laptop But It Not Work.
Please Help Me To Resolve It.

Hello!
You can use your trackpad to move files around.
Insert a USB 3.0 flash drive and make a bootable Windows 10 v2004 drive, using Media Creation Tool or Rufus.
Install Windows 10 clean (format partition C).
Update Windows.

Your problem should be solved.

I installed Windows and even tested my laptop on Ubuntu live USB but USB 3 port won't recognize USB 2 devices.

Maybe there’s something wrong with the USB 2.0 flash drive, not the port.
Can you try with multiple USB 2.0 flash drives?
I try with different USB 2.0 devices(mouse, keyboard, phone,..)but It not work.
When trying with mobile, after some delay, only charged.
