Question USB Hub throws Code 43 error at windows startup (have to reconnect it everytime)

Hey!
I bought a generic usb hub because my front ports are broken and the back ports are hard to access. Whenever I boot my pc I have to unplug and plug the hub again every time for it to be detected by windows.
Device manager says "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" and in device status "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
Does anyone know what's going on? tried disabling usb power suspension, enabling deep sleep in the bios so it wouldn't get static issues (also disable fast boot on windows), changing ports, uninstalling drivers, to no avail.

Just to clarify, it works. It's just a pain having to reconnect it every time.

I'm running on the latest update of Windows 10
Mother asrock h61m-vg3
Cpu I5 3570
16gb ram
SSD 480gb

Return it and try another one. You can try it on another system also if you want to make sure it's the device and not the computer.

Tried it on my win7 laptop and it works fine. No problems when restarting.
I guess it's my pc or drivers.
