Hello,
So my usb keyboard was working fine.I had a BSOD on laptop today but that's fixed. I have a USB mouse and a USB keyboard connected. Mouse works fine but the keyboard works only in BIOS and while booting but doesn't work in Windows.
Info:
Windows 10
64-bit system
Device manager says keyboard drivers are updated to the best already but there is a small yellow caution ⚠ sign on keyboard driver name.

Can't roll back, button is grayed out.
When I go to general in properties it says ( device status )
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Object Name not found.

i would try a system restore as you stated it used to work. whatever you did to "fix" the bsod may have caused issues.

no it wasn't. it doesn't work that way. you either have a windows configuration issue or hardware problems. i would suggest at this point a Clean install after backing up your important data.
