Hello. I recently built a new pc with the Asus Strix b550-f gaming motherboard. Now suddenly after the pc is on anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours the usb 2.0 ports stop working. Both internal and external. The Chassi ports also get quite unreliable. I've already tried updating bios, chipset drivers and reinstalling usb drivers (atleast I hope our was the right ones not 100% sure. I she no idea what's causing the issue any help is greatly appreciated

which bios version are you on?

Most usb drivers built into windows. you shouldn't need to install any

what are the parts in the PC?

is it just the USB 2 ports? brand new pc shouldn't have flaky hardware

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus Strix b550-f gaming
CPU: Ryzen y 3800x no OC
Cooler: corsair h100i RGB Pro XT
RAM: Corsair RGB Pro 3600mhz 2x8GB running XMP profile
GPU: MSI RTX 3070 Gaming X Trio
PSU: 1000w corsair hx1000
SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM
Case: Corsair Obsidian 500D RGB SE

It seems that only the Motherboard USB 3.0 ports are working. Not any 2.0, 3.2 gen 2 or the case 3.0 ports. I'm on the latest non BETA bios which is 1202
