!USB Printing Support error with Yellow "!" in Device Manager. WinXP Pro
SP2 won't recognize a new USB Printer plugged into the USB Port (Epson 84)
even after the driver is loaded.

Right-click and uninstall the USB devices listed under the "Universal Serial
bus controllers" category in device manager and restart your PC. In case
this issue is upon installing SP2 update, then make sure you have installed
the SP2 OEM updates for your PC, contact your PC manufacturer for more
information.
