Hello,

I have got the Z390 Gigabyte Aorus Master (rev. 1.0) Mainboard and it tells me that it does support the USB Turbo Charge. So I have tried to install their Software from their official website (https://www.gigabyte.com/de/Motherboard/Z390-AORUS-MASTER-rev-10#support-dl-utility ) but every time i try to download it an Error window pops up which says:

https://ibb.co/RbKSpjb (first Error message and sorry for german what it says is:"The specified account already exists.")
https://ibb.co/g6PXfT1 (second Error message)
https://ibb.co/L6xQ8Rq (Installation failure window)

I do think ts this mainboard has the feature but out of unknown reason I doesnt want to get installed. Hope you can help me withm my problem.

USB turbo charge is probably giving only more amps to the dedicated port, but I have not felt difference.
I would call it stupid software, as they offered Sonic Radar II for my Maximus board, Havent used it,I wont use it ever.
Well I kinda would try it out to see it myself but since I have trouble right now and cant do that especially if you are telling me that it is nothing so special about it then I probably save my effort for something more useful. Thanks for advice man, now I can sleep tightly without regretting that I have not tried something like that out.

There are standards how many amps can one usb slot give without "dipping voltage" below its certain sheet.
For instance USB 2.0 could deliver 1A with 5V lets say, usb 3.0 could give 0.5A at 5V (if im correct), and If im correct that should boost to 1A?

But for Type C and A ports it should be different story and If you are correct should "Turbo Charge" (Only the red ports).
