Use GPU from an Alienware desktop in custom pc

I'm building a custom pc and I'm wondering if I'll be able to take the 2 gtx 680's and the pcu out of the Alienware aurora r4 and use it in my new pc or are there restrictions?

Well, in your new custom pc motherboard should have slots to fit those gtx and also you should have powerful enough PSU to support those gtx.

I've thought about that but the question I'm asking is if the cards will work in another pc?
