Used Afterburner to OC and my computer won't boot

I installed afterburner and tried to overclock my 1060, but then my pc froze and i had to restart it.. I already connected my monitor to the motherboard instead of the gpu and deleted afterburner.. But it still doesnt work when its connected to the gpu.. please help im getting really desperate..

Are you able to boot in safe mode? If so, uninstall the video card drivers and try to boot normally. If successful I stall the latest drivers.

Did you reset CMOS/BIOS ? When you OC thru Afterburner it also sets same settings in BIOS.

Really? Please clarify this? Afterburner setting the same overclock settings in bios? Thus it is unnecessary to set Afterburner to autostart in Windows for applying my OC settings?
