used i7 4770 dark smudge

I just bought a used i7 4770, and I noticed these dark smudge like things on the connectors. Should I be worried?
I cant test it yet, cause my board hasnt arrived yet

i....dont think it would stop it from working. but you can always give it a try, it shouldnt hurt anything else if it is bad. im guessing it's likely a finger smudge. if you really want to clean it i would suggest a drop of isopropyl alcohol on the end of a q tip and be very careful not to scratch anything. but i'd just try it first.
