[SOLVED] User Benchmarks shows my PC is running below expectations.

UserBenchmarks:
Game 114%, Desk 152%, Work 128%
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K - 94.9%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080 - 117%
SSD: Samsung 970 Pro NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB - 336.5%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 94.7%
MBD: Asus ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO (WI-FI)

My GPU temp is around 33celsius with nothing opened.

What could be the cause, especially for the bad results on the CPU?

A peak of 54 Celsius. On average it is 32~34 (nothing opened besides Chrome).

What could be the cause, especially for the bad results on the CPU?

The "cause" is how UBM reports things.

Looking just to the right, I see everything as "Outstanding".
