Check what your turbo power limits are set to in the BIOS. At default settings, a 12900K will throttle at full load. Most users set both the PL1 and PL2 power limits to 4095W. This is equivalent to unlimited. No more power limit throttling.

Run ThrottleStop 9.6, turn on the Log File option when testing and keep a close eye on what speed your CPU is running at. When finished testing, exit ThrottleStop so it can finalize your log file. This will be in your ThrottleStop / Logs folder. Copy and paste the log file data to,

www.pastebin.com

and post a link here if you would like me to have a look at it. I think your XMP settings were not your only problem.

The ThrottleStop log file you posted only shows one minute of data while your computer was mostly idle. Did you remember to exit ThrottleStop so it could finalize your log file? Some people open up the log file to look at it and then wonder why no data is being written to an open file. Leave this file closed while data is being written to it.

If you are having problems in game, run a log file for at least 15 minutes while you are playing a game. Did you look in the BIOS to see what your turbo power limits are set to?

UserBenchmark shows your CPU is performing "way above expectations". That is a lot better than the first UserBenchmark you posted.

This is all I can get before my game crashes now. I cant seem to find anything for turbo power in the BIOS. Here is a runthrough of all the advanced BIOS settings for my motherboard:

I am not using these settings as I have reverted back to default settings other than the XMP profile
