[SOLVED] Userbenchmark will not pick up my GPU

Hello everyone, I am getting an issue on userbenchmark when benchmarking my computer. It keeps saying that there is no GPU. This was fine yesterday, however today it is an issue. I have not changed anything with my computer, nor any applications or settings.
My card is an EVGA Geforce rtx 3080 Ti FTW3
any help on this issue would be appreciated as it is now driving me bonkers.

do you want to specifically use that benchmark or would any do? As you could just use 3dmark - https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/3dmark-download.html

a fix could be to do this - I solved it by setting High-performance Nvidia processor in Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D settings >Preferred graphics processor.

Make sure any overlay such as MSI Afterburner is closed before running test.

I haven't run UBM in quite some time. I just tried it with my gpu undervolt(Afterburner) enabled: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/52691719
It finished without a hitch... what's this thing regarding Afterburner about?

i ran it yesterday and it saw my GPU. I don't like it much but others seem to.
Be more useful if there was a run button on website instead of having to download app every time.

Post a LINK to the UBM run.

1. Make sure your video cable is plugged into the GPU instead of the motherboard
2. Change your windows power settings in control panel to high performance, so it uses your GPU (hopefully) always.
3. If all else fails reinstall video drivers, using DDU (DIsplay Driver Uninstaller, a program) if you really want (Technically better, but is a pain to do)
