Question Using a laptop right now its an E-14 Acer 14 incher, ist freaking heavy like a dumbbells' is that normal?

Also is this lap top an old style screen thats mostly square but a bit wider, or is that just how 14 inchers are?

Did they start out perfectly square then get slightly elongated then very elongated today to a wide screen?

It's normal for a really old laptop - modern 14" laptops are generally much lighter nowadays.

Also, your current Acer's display is in the 16:9 format which is considered widescreen.

As mentioned above. Nowadays new 14" laptops are much lighter.
