Hi, so my monitor has a headphone jack when connected it sounds works great but there is no my mic because the port is just for 3 pins and my headset has 4.

The question is there is an adapter that could make mic working with this headphone port on my monitor?

Monitor with speakers get it's audio from an output source like a graphics card. If monitor was able to support a mic would have a seperate line out to the computer. This isn't a common thing and don't think it exists.

Run a y split cable, one that connects to monitor and PC mic input at the same time.

Im pretty sure that the plug-in port on the monitor is for audio output only through the in-built speakers.
Yoy could also check the Windows Sound Settings for input devices. Cheers

I will add more details. I connected the monitor (Gigabyte G24F v1, it doesnt have any speakers) with a HDMI cable to my Xbox Series X and plugged headset to the mini jack on the back of the monitor. Why not to my controller? Because I overlocked it (polling rate) and mini jack isnt avalaible. So I tried the minijack on the monitor but it doesnt support mic (the sound is fine) so I was wondering if I could bypass it with a some kind of adapter. Previously I was using a wireless headset but well it's broken now;)
