Question Using Same OS Hard drive for 2 laptops

Hello guys. Is it possible to install fresh windows 10 to laptop A then also use it to laptop B?
i have a problematic scenario and trying to find a work around. This is my problem

My current settings on laptop A is EUFI and i can't change it. I can't boot my bootable 2.0 win 10 installer on Laptop A (UEFI)
but it's working on Laptop B(Legacy.)

yea, i already did. but it wont boot up. LAPTOP A can't totally detet it at all. but the SSD is 100% working, SATA is also good. IDK how to make the drive bootable to laptop A when it's already working on laptop B

I'm not sure I really understand your problem, however if it is trying to do an install on a laptop with the BIOS set for UEFI, than all you need to do is create a Windows USB installer from the MS Media Creator. https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-do-a-clean-installation-of-windows-10.3170366/

The USB will work with either a UEFI or Legacy install. Further, one reason your drives may not be showing up is they need to be GPT Partitioned to be recognized by UEFI BIOS.
