Hi guys!

Thank you for any help!

I am using a LG C3 TV as a monitor with HDMI 2.1 cable. (OLED42C32LA)
My videocard is a 7900 XTX.

My problem is a common issue, all the edges around cut out, a few pixel, but it is annoying and sometimes it can cause problem functionally.

I searched about it, some solutions:
Arrange the edges of the display in AMD driver - i can not find it.
Arrange the edges in Windows display settings - i can not find it.
Arrange the edges in TV ratio settings - if i change any option here, there is no affect on the problem.
Some forums mention software specially for this purpose/problem, but also i can not find anything like this.
I use up to date AMD driver, and Windows 11.

Somebody can tell me exactly where are these settings or give me a software name for ratio settings?

Thank you!

I set a red marker around the edge of the screen, left to the red marker is "out of sight".

Got to the gear icon on the top right of amd drivers, go to display and look for HDMI scaling, make it a little bit smaller so the whole image fits on the TV.

There should be a setting on the TV itself to fit the image on the whole screen(not ratio, that's a different thing) , I would test both to see if there is any difference between the two in quality.

Assuming the screen resolution is correctly set at 3840 x 2160, on the TV's Aspect Ratio settings User Selection must be set at Original and Just Scan must be On to disable scaling and overscan cropping.

The current AMD driver's HDMI scaling slider appears to default to 0% which is the lowest setting, so not sure how it can handle an overscan issue like that FAQ claims it can, if it can only make things larger. OTOH the setup in the old Catalyst Control Center let you shrink things by 10 or 15% depending on the card, but is too old to work with your new card

Then the behavior is the same as the old CCC but the slider moves in the opposite direction. I wonder if there is any way to toggle it to overscan instead of underscan, given the FAQ claims it can fix both issues?

In any case this should fix OP's issue, given their image is centered but just overscanned in every direction. The even older Radeon drivers with Control Panel allowed for adjusting the location of the image center too, and it seems every generation just made the UI worse.

IDK, how many pixels are being cut off; and is it the same side/top/bottom of the screen all of the time? OLED TVs have a pixel shift feature to help prevent burn in on fixed images, like a computer desktop. If that's turned on, which is a good idea, then that could account for what you're seeing. It is most noticeable if the computer is set for a high contrast theme where parts of the desktop are black with white lines, like the taskbar. You can actually watch the high contrast task bar more around, left, right, up and down, as the pixel shift built into the TV works as designed.
