I'm really vexed. I don't know if it's something to do with my pc but I keep having various kinds of errors on different applications for a long long time. like shown in the photos(0xc0000005, 0xc000003e, 0x0003, runtime error, failed to read descriptions code 15100)
I've tried so many solutions from the internet..none helped. Sometimes those problems even intensified, I mean even more applications started to show that error. I've installed clean windows(both w10 and w11) on my pc a lot of times but everytime I've faced this problem except maybe one time on windows 11(discord and geforce experience worked at that time. Not sure about the other apps mentioned on this post) but only that one time..every w11 and w10 gives me error codes.
(*) I only get this error when I try to open some applications(like discord, or epiclauncher, GeForce Experience or on my current w10: even witcher 3's REDprelauncher gave this error) or,
(*) When I try to install some applications(node.js, for example in the current windows I can't install dotnet5,6,7 and those are giving me the 0xc0000005 error)
(*) Those problem never occurred on games which is a good thing at least.I'm really feeling hopeless..what should I do?

Core i3 7100 3.9GHz
Gigabyte H110M-S2PH mobo
16gb ram 2x8
1050ti 4gb gpu
CV450 PSU
Sata SSD 256GB
