Question Very low fps in games

Greetings, i just upgrade my computer with a new h510m h and a i5 10400f. Before that upgrade i get like 75+ fps in every game in ultra (most of them, my cpu was a pentium g4560 and my motherboard msi h110m pro-vh plus), but now every game stay 10 o 15 fps no matter what (i have a gtx 1650 super). I installed nvidia drivers and get all windows updates and i don't know what to do now. Maybe you guys can help me with this? thanks.

did you do a fresh os install?
what the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/ssd usage?

-Yes, i did a fresh os install
-My gpu in dark souls 3 goes 95-100% like all the time and the cpu 25%-40%
-the ssd usage stays in 0%

what the gpu temp?
what the screen resolution? try lower the detail?
