Question Very Low sound from aux in port but very good sound from USB port ?

Whenever i plug my headphone, or any headphone, to my tower's aux in port, both the front and the rear aux in ports, the sound is very low, however if I use a headphone with the USB flash port, sound is perfect. My motherboard is b450 tomahawk, any problem with my motherboard?

"AUX IN" is an audio input port. You don't use that for audio output.
