VERY slow printing on Certain computers.

Hello,
I have a Cannon MG4200 & EPSON709649 (Epson Stylus SX535WD) printers.
On both, the printing is VERY slow. Even just a simple picture would take around 2 minutes. It prints across the page, stops for about 7 seconds and does it again, therefore causing it to take around 2-3 minutes when only, it should take around 20-30 seconds.
So i tried it on my Sister's laptop; it was a lot faster. I have to use this pc to print, so any ideas?
I am connected Wirelesly (It is a network printer)

This is when mainly from printing from word. Things i've done that have not worked:
-Disabled print in background on MS Word 2013
-Newest drivers.
-Closed processes in task manager

My pc is a custom buily by myself.
Windows 7 64 bit
I3 2120
1tb (400 gb left)
Gtx 660
6GB ram

Sister's
Windows 7 64 bit
AMD Anthlon p3420
2gb ram
Intel graphics


As you can see, my pc absolutely overpowers her's, so surely it should be the same/better?

Nope, I closed everything except word and printed and it was still slow. At the time there was nothing out of the ordinary on task manager
