Question Very Weird Phone Hack

Hi Everyone,

So today I got hacked, but it was very weird, at first I thought only my facebook account was hacked because there was a random post on my wall that I didn't make, so I setup a new password, trusted friends and two step authentication, but I noticed that the post created contained a photo from my device, so is my phone hacked or what happened? because as far as I can tell nothing else happened no weird messages no nothing, I'm using Android btw, any help will be very nice.

Take a very close look at that Facebook post.

And your phone. (Make & model?)

Will not immediately exclude a hack and some corresponding security/privacy risk.

What I will include is a very cynical suggestion that a "feature" has been provided.

Whether you (or anyone) wanted that "feature".

Some synchronization perhaps.....?

The Facebook post also included a weird photo of a QR Code, that I definitely didn't have on my phone, my phone is a Xiamoi Redmi Note 7
