Question VGA port on ASROCK 510M - HVS motherboard falty

The VGA port a brand new build that I have recently built is faulty. I am using an IGPU, and every single time I attempt to boot up with the VGA port with this system, it just goes into a bootloop. The HDMI port on it is fine, however.

CPU: Intel Core I3 10100
Motherboard: ASROCK 510M - HVS
RAM: Patriot Signature Premium DDR4 8GB (2x 4GB) 2666MHz
PSU: Corsair CX 450M
