Question Victus 16 Ryzen 5 5600H weird temperature

I recently purchased a HP Victus 16 that has a Ryzen 5 5600H and RX 5500M. While gaming, in GTA 5, my GPU temperature doesn't cross 80°C but my CPU reaches 100°C. However it doesn't thermal throttle, instead it stays at 100°C constantly, sustaining 3.6-3.9Ghz all cores average and 1.2-1.4V. And game performance is smooth


I also changed the stock thermal paste with Cooler Master master gel regular after buying it, and my application was good.

100% normal. Chip is designed to boost till it hits it thermal cap 100c.

Since the 5600H’s TJMAX is 105°C, it will still use the CPUS max performance without throttling until it hits 105 C.
