Video bios structure header to extract graphics card name

Hello,
I want to extract VBIOS information to read Graphics card name.
The Video BIOS option ROM header is 0xc0000, but dont know how to get Graphics card info.
Please help me.

Basically, Iam writing a diagnostics tool for graphics cards, which suppose to run in WinPE OS(Windos Pre-Installed environments).
In WinPE environment, it doesnt have video card driver, my requirement is to retrieve complete video card/graphics card name.
The solution should be generic and not vendor based.

As per my investigation, only VBIOS (option ROm header) can provide you this info.

Please let me know, if it doesnt make sense.

Just sayin, that is really really cool. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to help you. You might be able to extract it from the bios, or you might be able to call the manufacturer and get the numbers if you explain your situation.
