Video card compatible with windows server 2003

I'm trying to find a video card that will be compatible with windows server 2003 and 2008. Any recomendations?

Server 2003 is based on XP and 2008 on Win7. So what ever cards work in those cases should work with the server version.

I have a TV card is very old "life view"
And is working on windows 2003
On Windows 2008 32bit or 64bit does not work.
I broadcast with a software called Windows Media Encoder.
its work on windows 7.
I am also looking for the new pci-e or mini pci-e TV tuner to the server 2008 64bit or 32bit.
