I’m trying to help my girlfriend build a editing rig for photoshop and adobe premiere. Wondering if you guys had other suggestions, what I was thinking...
Case: NZXT b500
CPU: R7 2700x
Ram: 16 gb 2 channel 2400 Corsair
GPU: gtx 1660
SSD: 500 GB Samsung 860 evo
Mobo: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
PSU: Insignia 550 watt

This should work well, the higher frequency ram works well with Ryzen and helps a lot in video editing. The price is a bit over your budget but you can get a 1660 instead of a Ti if it's a problem.
