Video Editing System but No Gaming

My current Dell is bogging down with my new HD camera editing. I've built computers in the past, but it's been a few years. I'm just looking for the sweet spot in a cpu, mobo, memory, and Hard drive. Budget is not a big concern, but I don't want to waste money on speed that I won't use. I'll probably just run XP, and I'm not particular about what brands or where to buy them.
