Question Video TDP Failure persistent in more than one GPU

Hello guys, beforehand I'd like to ask you to not mind the English cause isn't my first language.

My PC:
Asrock A320M
Ryzen 5 3600
GTX 1660S
SSD
2x8gb 2666mhz Kills.re
500w 80 Plus Bronze

So, I'm having a problem here relative to VIDEO TDR FAILURE BSOD (nvlddmkm). It happens whenever I start to play a game. If the game is heavier it happens faster (nowdays it happens within a minute in RE4, for example).

I tried first some Software-related solution:
  1. Did basic software tests that are in the internet when you search Video TDR Failure BSOD.
  2. Updated Driver and also rollbacked them.
  3. Used DDU to make a clean install of Drivers
  4. formated the SSD with a clean Windows 10 updated version.
Not working I started to take the Hardware approach but since I did not have another GPU at hand to test I waited a while until I got my hands on a old Radeon HD7670 to test. So I:

  1. Tested the Radeon HD7670 in my PC and the error continued but this time showed VIDEO TDR FAILURE (atikmpag) instead. Even on a clean Windows installation again.
  2. tried with another Power Supply and another DRAM sticks (a 3200MHz T Force one).
  3. then I finally tried to put my GTX1660S in another Motherboard (an Asus B450 Gaming BR) to see if the problem is in it or it's PCI-e. Not worked.
  4. Then I tried the HD7670 on that B450 Mobo but still got the problem,
After that I started to feel really depressed since the problem basically persisted in a basically entire different PC.
I just can think of three possibilities now:

  1. the GTX1660 Super had a "short circuit" problem and broke both PCI-e lanes.
  2. both of the GPUs I had has miracullous the same problem.
  3. it's somehow a problem with my SSD, HDMI cable or my Display?
Well, if you guys can think of something else please let me now because I already had another GPU (was pretty sure It was a GPU problem when I buied it) coming but I'm unsure if it's safe to stick it in any of these Mobos and start to malfuncitoning too.

How did you install windows on each machine?
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

did you only use a different mobo but same other components? Same windows or fresh install on the other motherboard?

which power supplies were you using exactly? brands and models

BIOS versions all up to date?

heck windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

clean boot

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

run the RAM @2133MHz to check if it happens then too

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool
