Question Videos very choppy on AMD

Hi, so I recently bought a new PC and I'm pretty new to the AMD software and the graphics card in general.
Every time I try to watch a video on netflix the video is very choppy and this also applies to all the default playback apps that come with windows.
I've been trying to fix this issue for quite some time now and can't seem to get a proper answer or solution to his problem.
Tried all of the following and it didn't fix it:
Ran Video Playback Troubleshoot.
Updated Drivers (Windows troubleshoot said that the best version of the drivers were already installed)
Made sure windows is up to date.

My specs:
32 GB RAM
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
8176MB ATI AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT (Gigabyte)
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. TUF B450-PRO GAMING (AM4)
447GB ADATA SU650 (SATA (SSD)) 50 °C
894GB ADATA SU650 (SATA (SSD)) 46 °C
232GB Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 250GB
Windows 11 Pro 64-bit

I am not super familiar with the AMD GPU software anymore but if there is an option to make playback have v-sync enabled, it may help. Also anywhere there is an option for GPU acceleration, make sure it is turned on. What monitors are you using?

I'm gonna try to search for the v-sync display option, meanwhile here's my monitor:
