Question Videos won't load on any browser after update

Hey yall,

Not sure if I'm asking in the right spot or not but I do need a bit of help. I recently built a new PC and haven't had many issues with it. I recently updated my computer and have since noticed a couple strange things:

- YouTube videos are endlessly loading and won't play - on any browser. A message eventually comes up saying "If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device"
- Discord has noticeable lag/delay, as in when anybody joins (myself included) the 'join' sound effect only plays after 4-7 seconds. Very strange

Are these problems related? Probably not, hell, it might not even be due to the update, but I really wasn't sure where to get help for these issues so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

GPU: RTX 4080 ROG Strix
CPU: i9 14900k
PSU: Asus ROG STRIX 1000W
RAM: Corsair Dominator Titanium (2x24GB)

I'm not sure, it was just a random regular update, and I don't know how to check. I figured it wouldn't be anything that could cause this issue but I only just started experiencing this after the update

Look in Device Manager for any devices that may be flagged as having a problem.

Look in Reliabiity History/Monitor, Event Viewer, and Update History.

What you are looking for are any error codes, warnings, or even informational events that you may be able to associate with the described problems. Or any failed or problem updates.
