Hello,
how to transfer the messages or files from one virtual machine to another virtual machine in oracle virtual box

Either create/use a folder on the host and provide access to it in their respective configurations (see Shared Folders), or use a bridged adapter (the default is NAT) so they share the same network of the host (and thus each other) and use Windows file sharing.
