Virus is preventing online access and cd anti-virus download

Hello,
I have a virus that mimicked windows security that activated when I clicked on the balloon that said you have malicious spyware fix now. How can I get rid of it when it blocks any attempt to access or load any remedy.

Try to download superantispyware portable edition it comes in a .COM file so it should get around a lot of the trickier viruses also no need for installation it runs right from CD or USB. Also it may be worthwhile to track down a program called rkill.exe /.com / src file this will kill a list of known malicious processes.

Start in Safe Mode. Read the virus removal post at the top of the forums.
