Vista 64-bit Home Premium on ASUS K8V-MX

Is anyone running the subject configuration?

I have ASUS socket 754 MBs running with XP. There is no official driver support for Vista 64 socket 754 period. So ASUS would not provide MB drivers for Vista 64 including sound, LAN, chipset, etc.. I have managed to install Vista 32 BETA on socket 754. Vista 64 may run if you have a add on 64 bit capable soundcard, LAN card or wireless adapter, etc. You might ask your question here on the product page forum.
